Wardrobe by Me – Wholesale Sewing Patterns

We are the EU and US wholesale distributor of Wardrobe by me paper sewing patterns for independent fabric shops, sewing stores and creative retailers.

Wardrobe by me is a Danish sewing pattern brand known for its modern, wearable designs and well-developed patterns for women, men and children. The collection combines a contemporary Scandinavian aesthetic with styles designed to become part of an everyday wardrobe – from shirts, dresses and trousers to jackets, coats and casual essentials.

The patterns are created with both the finished garment and the sewing experience in mind, with clear instructions and thoughtfully constructed designs that appeal to a wide range of home sewists.

Patterns that work with our fabrics

Wardrobe by me patterns is a natural addition to the We do Fabric universe with sewing patterns that complement our fabric collections.

The Wardrobe by me styles are particularly well suited to meetMILK and mind the MAKER fabrics, allowing you to present your customers with complete ideas for both pattern and fabric.

From fluid TENCEL™ Lyocell qualities for shirts, dresses and trousers to cotton twills, jerseys, sweat fabrics, corduroys and structured outerwear qualities, there are plenty of opportunities to create relevant combinations across the collections.

For retailers already carrying our fabrics, Wardrobe by me patterns can therefore be an easy way to inspire customers, create coordinated displays and offer a more complete sewing concept in-store or online.

Wholesale ordering

The minimum order quantity is 2 pieces per pattern.

There is no overall minimum order value, allowing you to start with a focused selection or add individual patterns to an existing fabric order.

All patterns shown as in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Denmark.

Prices are listed excluding VAT. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Recommended retail prices

The recommended retail prices are:

• Adult patterns: €24

• Kids' patterns: €20

• Special patterns: €29

These prices are intended as recommended consumer retail prices and can be used as a reference when setting up the collection in your shop.

Shipping & delivery

All wholesale orders are shipped from Denmark.
Approximate delivery times are:

• EU: 5–7 business days

• Outside the EU: 8–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier and customs processing.

Restocks & availability

Sold-out patterns are restocked regularly.

If a pattern is temporarily unavailable, you can sign up directly on the product page to receive an email notification as soon as it is back in stock.

This makes it easy to follow individual styles without having to check availability manually.

Returns

Wholesale purchases are intended for resale and are therefore not returnable unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will help resolve it.
